Chest, Back + Tricep SuperSets.

Since I knew I wouldn’t find myself at the gym too often anymore, I decided to focus on more “at home” workouts over the last few weeks.

I designed this chest, back and tricep workout* with the idea that you only have to use ONE set of dumbbells to work with. For this workout, I only used a set of 15lbs dumbbells which are about a medium-heavy weight for me.wp-1661079659253Not to mention, they only “heavy” weights I [currently] own.

Now, if you DO have access to a more variety of free weights, feel free to use them. The workout itself is only 24 minutes, but took me about 30 minutes with a good warm-up and cool down.

Be sure to REST when needed.

Now, on to the workout. 💪

I really liked doing superset workouts because I just find they are more effective for training when you want more “bang for your buck.” I’ve found that I push harder in a shorter amount of time vs. a longer workout; hence “quality over quantity.

Not to mention, it’s good to mix up your workouts.
