For today’s post I’ll be taking you through another “day in the life” of one of my work/ kid free days.
Mondays used to be my busiest day, but now I’m off.
I figured I’d give you a snippet into one of my Tuesdays since it shifted to a more busy day for me.
Now, let’s get to it, shall we?
7:30am: Wake up for the day.
8:00am: Ultima Replenisher
I love that I can get one day where I can sleep in a bit. I like to take my time in the morning; light a candle, sip some coffee and just relax. Typically with the kids, I’m up between 6:00 and 6:30am, so this is quite nice.
9:30am: Spoonful of fat.
11:00am: Workout. I like to workout at home since I am going to be at the gym most of the day.
12:30pm: Shower, get dressed and eat a post workout snack.1:00pm: Second cup of coffee.
1:30pm: Make lunch, read and relax for a bit before I have to head out to work.3:30pm: Pack my meals for work and start getting ready to head out.
4:00pm-6:00pm: Back to back clients!6:15pm: Quick snack break before my next client. 7:30pm: Eat dinner at work.
8:00pm: Make a decaf coffee.
It gets pretty chilly at night in the gym, so I like to make a [decaf] coffee to keep me warm. But let’s be real; y’all know I LOVE coffee.
9:30pm: Clean up the gym and get ready to close up for the night.
10:05pm: Get home. Yes, I live 5 minutes away.
3.5 to be exact.
10:30pm: Time to get cozy.I take a sleep supplement from Care/of the minute that I get home. It takes about 45 minutes for it to kick in, so in that time I’ll unpack my work back, get into my pjs and watch something for a bit.
Right now, I’m currently watching The Witcher.
11:30pm: Bedtime… zzz.
