I’ve been enjoying tacking on some “ab set finishers” at the end of my workouts.
Funny enough, it gave me an idea to revamp my previous HIIT e-guide. This new one is going to be a mixture of HIIT + Strength workouts. It’s going to have a SEVEN different workouts that are all 32 minutes OR LESS.

Now back to those abs! I am not one to enjoy ab exercises, but lately, I’ve been enjoying them to finish up either leg or cardio days. I am sharing one of the ab finishers from my new HIIT + Strength E-Guide.
This abs set only has 7 exercises; 40 seconds ON, 20 seconds REST.
All you have to do is perform each move once, then move on to the next until you complete all moves. If you’ve added correctly, that’s only 7 minutes. You have the option to repeat the set 1-2 more times through.
Typically I go for 2 total sets. Go grab yourself a mat and a timer and let’s do this!
