One more day closer to the end of the challenge!
For day FOUR, we are going to put those weights down and focus on cardio and abs. This bodyweight HIIT workout gets me EVERY time.
We have 28 different moves and you only have to repeat each move ONE TIME so make sure you give it your all.No really, I mean it. Let’s get that heart rate up and those abs on fire!
Again, you don’t need any equipment just a mat and your bad self.

MONDAY: No Repeat Upper Body Sculpt w/ Dumbbells
TUESDAY: Glute Activation + Lower Body
