TUESDAY: Glute Activation + Lower Body

WEDNESDAY: Back, Biceps + Triceps Strength Workout

THURSDAY: Bodyweight Cardio + Abs HIIT

FRIDAY: Full Body HIIT

SATURDAY: Rest

SUNDAY: Rest
