Since my shoulder has been out of commission for the past week, I’ve been focusing on bodyweight exercises.I can jump, do legs and ab exercises but even holding dumbbells is a strain on my shoulder.
I created a couple of bodyweight workouts myself and have been combining them once a week for a fun and sweaty, 40 minutes bodyweight HIIT.
If you want to make the entire thing low impact, nix the jumping in the first workout. I wrote out all the moves, just for you guys. 😉
