The fall season is upon us and the weather is getting chillier, which let’s be real, means we all just want to be snuggled up on the couch watching our favorite movie with some coffee/ tea. ๐๐โ๏ธ
I don’t know about you, but as the nights are getting colder I am having a rough time finding motivation to workout. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
I decided to open up THREE SPOTS in my online fitness coaching to help anyone in need of a little extra push as the warm weather is behind us.
Below are the THREE different fitness/ coaching programs I offer:
Virtual HIIT E-Guide [4 Weeks]:
In this Virtual HIIT [Bootcamp] youโll find a four week workout guide complete with a schedule and six different workouts to mix into your week.
Each workout is ONLY 32 minutes long (except the circuits) and you just need a set of dumbbells and a timer.
You can repeat this four week guide long as youโd like (I recommend for another four to eight weeks AFTER the initial four).
Eight Week Bootcamp Program:
My bootcamp e-guide includes all the workouts for weeks 1-8, a meal plan guide, grocery guide, portions guide and a bonus circuit training workout which requires no equipment and is a good cardio based workout.
The meal plan is just a guide but I tell everyone it helps to maximize your results. This program is self guided (as you get an e-guide when you purchase the program) but you can ask me questions/ for support any time. This program is only $29.
Personalized Online Coaching [8 Weeks]: I also have PERSONALIZED online coaching, where you’ll get personalized workouts (for your level/ equipment you have access to). This program is eight weeks and it’s $59.
This is more for those who need that extra push and individualized attention. You get that check in every week and every two weeks you get an updated fitness routine tailored for you!
