You’ve officially made it to day six.
Today is the last day of my six day workout challenge.We are finishing out the challenge with my favorite workout; total body HIIT.
In this workout I throw in my favorite moves that target everything; legs, back, shoulders and that core.
All you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells; I used 10lbs. Get ready for a quick 30 minute sweat sesh focusing on building strength.

TUESDAY: Glute Activation + Lower Body
