I’ve become hooked on a few new things/ products this month.
For today’s post I am sharing with y’all what exactly some of those things are.
One is “old” but the rest are new. I don’t know if it’s the current “state” of the world or something else, but finding new things to try [more often than not] has become some what of a “thing” for me.
Okay, here we go.
Protein Balls: Recently I had a friend request some batches of protein balls. If you didn’t know, way back before I had kids, I used to sell them. I hadn’t made some for myself in a while, but you could say I’m hooked again.
These protein balls are easy to make and very delicious.
Almond Milk Ice Cream: Speaking of making things, I’ve been on an almond milk ice cream making kick since I found this post by Chocolate Covered Katie.
I’ve been a long time follower of her blog and this recipe was a must try.I’ve made peanut butter and vanilla almond milk ice cream. Both have been not only delicious, but super easy to make. I would have never thought to use a blender.
#Genius. 😀
Kashi GO Crunch: Now don’t get me wrong, I love my Special K protein cereal in my Greek yogurt bowls. But I spotted this one by Kashi and had to try it.
I was actually surprised at how good it was. I feel like some of the Kashi cereals are “hit or miss,” at least for me. It doesn’t have as much protein as the Special K one but the extra fiber helps you feel fuller longer. I’d definitely get it again as it was nice to switch things up.
Costa Rica Paraiso Coffee: I purchased the wrong coffee by mistake in the supermarket.
#mombrain 😛 I was looking for Colombian and picked up this one. I decided to bite the bullet and try it since there hasn’t been a Green Mountain coffee I didn’t like.
Boy what a mistake that was because this coffee was so good that I just placed an order on Target for two 18 count K-Cup boxes.
Ladder Sport: Lastly, my brother got me this Ladder sampler pack for my birthday. I’ve been enjoying trying some new supplements, specifically the pre-workout.Both flavors they offer are really good but the tropical fruit is my favorite.
[I’ll keep you posted on the other products when I try them.]
And that does it!
Those are a few new things I’ve been loving this month. If you’re interesting in some of my other favorites post, check THESE out:
