This is my current favorite upper body set.
Tank top season is upon us, but to be honest that means nothing to me. I like to work towards building strength and lean muscle year round.
I love working out my shoulders, since it’s one of my favorite features (aside from my quads). This upper body strength workout is as it sounds; we are focusing on building strength, primarily in the shoulders and triceps.It’s only 25 minutes and all you’ll need is a set of dumbbells. I used 5 and 10 lbs for this workout. Be sure to warm up and cool down after.
You can use last week’s 10 Minute Bodyweight HIIT as a quick cardio warm-up.
