24 Minute Total Body HIIT.

The weather here in New England is going to be perfect; low 70s, sunny and well perfect.

For me anyways. 😉

Today I’m bringing to you a workout I shared as a bonus to my class members this week. If the weather is nice where you are, definitely take it outside.

I’ve switched up the timer and we are doing 30 Seconds ON, 10 Seconds of REST Those faster transitions are going get our heart rate up.

All you’ll need is a set of dumbbells (I use 10s & 5s) and a mat. We have five rounds with two moves a piece and we repeat the moves three times through.

Be sure you warm up and cool down after your workout.

[30 Secs ON, 10 Secs OFF]

Round One:
1. In Out Squat Hops (Ditch hop to modify)
2. Lunge & Rotation
Round Two:
3. Alternating Upright Rows
4. Deadlift to Upright Rows
Round Three:
5. Alternating Pulldown
6. Front Raises
Round Four:
7. Squat & Twist
8. Wall Sit (or Squat Pulse to modify)
Round Five:
9. Scissors Jumps (4) and Squat (Squat to Calf Raise to modify)
10. Ab Scissor Switches
