I have to admit while I was finding my groove before with being at home, for some reason I have fallen off this weekend [and the past few days].
I just haven’t had the motivation at night to work on my [entire] night routine. Instead, I’ve been focusing on making to-do lists first thing in the morning.
Getting anything crossed off as the day goes, has been extremely satisfying. If I don’t cross everything off by the end of the day, I don’t beat myself up.
This is something I was doing.
Now, I will give myself credit for even having the thought for it, like when it comes to reading, blogging or working out. There are some nights I managed to clean up the house and prep for the next day, but I’d say lately it’s been 3 to 4 times a week versus 6 to 7 times.

The weather was nice this past weekend and we’ve been enjoying the outdoors more. We purchased a new umbrella for the picnic table and put the canopy over the yard area if it’s too sunny so the kiddos don’t roast.
For Mother’s Day, I was home with the kiddos while Pat was working. He did bring me some goodies after work and I was super excited, especially for more coffee.
And of course another Pineapple Fluff candle.
On another note, I can’t believe it’s been almost two months since the kiddos have gone out to the library, indoor park or anywhere for that matter.Things are slowly starting to reopen here in New Hampshire.
While I won’t share my stance, reading emails on some of the new procedures that will be in place in certain places was a lot to take in.
I noticed my anxiety spike.
I ended up missing a few days of working out just because I was overwhelmed with all the information in my inbox.
Today I decided to nip it, hence the late post.I got in a 45 minute workout while the twins napped and my oldest watched a movie. Of course, I felt 10 times better.
I just have to try and keep up with waking up before the kiddos so I can get some things done before the wake up, especially a workout.
Hope everyone is doing well and having a wonderful week!
Stay healthy. ❤
