If you’re like me, you experienced some snow last week and maybe even this week.I live in New England so it’s inevitable, but for places like New York City (where I’m originally from) it’s waaaaay too early.
But it’s fitting because I actually put up the Christmas tree before the snow, so maybe I jinxed it? Normally I wait until after Thanksgiving but I wanted to see what I had for decor and such.
We also went to visit the Brewery lights at the Anheuser-Bush factory.

We’ve still been “homeschooling” about three days a week and we go to the library or do a craft on the “fourth” day. It’s been perfect especially since the last two school snow days fell on her Preschool days. Our routine has changed a tiny bit from the previous post I did.
I’ve still been using Education.com as she is a fan of worksheets, workbooks or create my own worksheet.
Probably my fault but I love her enthusiasm when I bring new print outs for her. Lately she’s been big on matching and counting.
In preschool she was working on the letter B and P and now they’ve moved on to the letter T. We get a summary in her folder of what they did on a particular day, so I try to use that when I’m planning activities for her.
She is also big on puzzles (though hard to do with the babies around) and she has improved so much doing them on her own.***
If you’re celebrating the holiday this week, hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving full of family, friends and good eats! 🙂
